Helpful hints for Coaches and Parents as they get ready for picture day! Use the links below to answer the many questions we've been asked to answer, and provided here for your convenience and in an effort to make your "Picture Day" a positive experience.

COACHES
PRIOR TO PICTURE DAY
- Your picture packets will be mailed to you prior to picture day - when we mail them is dependent on when we receive the complete information from your league.
- Your picture time has been assigned based on your scheduled game time - we try to allow ample time for you to make it to your field for warm up time based on the age of your team.
- If you have a change in game time or location and need to change your photo time, please either call or e-mail.
- Before canceling your team pictures on photo day please keep in mind that we will need to reschedule your team in another location with another league that may not be convenient based on time or location - it is always best to have your team photos done on your scheduled day. A good rule is - if you wouldn't cancel the game because someone is missing, then don't cancel pictures. You will always have to deal with players missing.
- We will not be able to come to a practice or one of your games to take your pictures if you missed your team photos.
- Please hand out the picture packets several days prior to picture day so parents have ample time to choose what they want and fill out the form ahead of time.

PICTURE DAY
- Please do not ask "How far behind are you" - we are not behind, if your team is "ready" at its' scheduled time you will be photographed at your scheduled time. Please do not plan your arrival based on photographers running an hour behind.
- What does "ready" mean?
- First, coach needs to check in at the desk upon arrival.
- All team members are there in complete uniform - have them there before picture time so you and the photographer don't stand around waiting on a player.
- All picture envelopes are filled out completely and you have collected them.
- All jerseys are tucked in.
- Team is lined up tallest to shortest.
- Please ask parents to stay behind the designated areas - most times we are dealing with hundreds of players/coaches at a time and we/teams need room to operate - this ensures smooth movement of teams through the process - if parents want to take team pictures they will need to do that at some other time, we are operating on a very tight schedule and sometimes permission to use the fields requires as little foot traffic as possible so fields are not ruined.
- It is important to keep your team in the original tallest to shortest line for individual pictures - it also speeds up the entire process and prevents our photographers from having to adjust the camera with every player.
- Players who want to use their own ball or bat are certainly free to do so - otherwise we provide those items.
- For baseball, always have your players bring their mitts with them for pictures.

WHEN YOU RECEIVE THE PICTURES
- Your team's completed picture packets will be sent to you via UPS approximately 3 weeks after picture day - if you change your address - please let us know.
- When you receive the picture packets - please hand them out right away - parents may have ordered pictures for gifts or players may want to exchange Star Cards.
- Please do not break the seal on any of the picture packets. If players have ordered plaques, their names will be on the plaque box.
- When you receive the picture packets and discover that not all players have a picture packet it simply means that the player did not order anything or did not have payment in their envelope - if they would like to order they can Reorder on our website using the Reorder Form. If they did order and received nothing, they need to contact us.
- If something is wrong with an order, please don't try to correct what might have happened or switch orders around - you may give somebody something they did not order - instruct the parent contact us - we will research and correct any problem.
- We include one complimentary 5 x 7 team photo for you (the coach) - however, if you give away your team photo to someone on your team because they did not receive any pictures, we cannot print another one for you.
- If the packet contains a team photo only, please note the label on that packet for the name of the person the order belongs to - it does not belong to an assistant coach - if there is no name on the packet - please notify us so that player gets what he/she ordered.

PARENTS

- Please fill out your picture order forms BEFORE you arrive for pictures - your coach should have handed out the envelopes several days before pictures - if you have misplaced your form, we do have extras at the table but allow yourself ample time to get it filled out before the rest of your team arrives.
- Please fill out Star Card statistics if you ordered Star Cards.
- Please include full payment - sales tax is already included - orders without payment will not be processed.
- Please have your child to the field and ready to go prior to the scheduled photo time so your team can be photographed on time.
- Please help us by staying behind the designated photo area - it is difficult keeping all of the teams in order with their full attention - additional crowd control makes the job more difficult - in addition many fields can be ruined with the traffic of 2000 additional people.
- It is our goal to do a consistent pose with all players - we are attempting to get the best possible portrait style picture of your child. There are specific reasons why we choose the poses we do.
- We will do our best to encourage your child to smile, and ensure a positive picture taking experience.
